Initiate Your Request
Contact our technical support team through our online portal or email with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Securely pack your LabelWorks printer and accessories in their original factory packaging, ensuring all manuals, power cables, and starter tapes are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the exterior of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
